Return or exchange an item. Our 100% money back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us complete in its original condition within 1 month of purchase.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the original packaging. Contact us to obtain a refund number and the appropriate postal address.

Please include your details, refund number, place of purchase and the reason you are making the return.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

If preferred, we will exchange the item.

If the item is being returned as a warranty claim as a result of a manufacturing defect, you have 12 months after purchase to make a claim

Please note:

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 1 month of purchase, unless we have notified you otherwise
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
  • Delivery charges are only refundable under a warranty claim
