12 month manufacturer’s warranty
In making a warranty claim contact us first to obtain a refund number and the appropriate postal address.
Returning items shall be returned with the original packaging, accompanied by your details, refund number, and place & date of purchase. To process your claim quicky, please include a brief explanation of the fault and the circumstances that occurred when you first noticed the fault.
Upon confirming a valid claim, we will issue you with a full refund including any original delivery fees (or part thereof) charged to you by us. If preferred, we will exchange the item and send you a replacement item at no charge (Australian customers only).
- Warranty claims will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 12 months of purchase, unless we have notified you otherwise
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you choose a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
